Itinerary - |

DAY 01 |
|
|
Departure from
International Airport (report 4
hours before departure) to arrive
Jeddah same day and after clearing
all the local formalities at airport
we shall be proceeding to Makkah
Mukarrama by AC coach to arrive on
the same night. Here our stay will
be of 7 days. In these 7 days
perform Umrah and there will be
OPTIONAL one day program of local
Ziyarat such as Mina, Arafat,
Muzdalifa, Jabal-E-Noor,
Jabal-E-Soor & Jannat-UL-Mala. |

DAY 7 |
|
|
After Zohar depart
for Madina Munawwara by AC coach and
arrive on the same day. Visit the
2nd most sacred place of Islam the
Masjid-E-Nabvi, where our stay shall
be of 7 days and in these days our
blessed pilgrims shall have one day
OPTIONAL program of local Ziyarat
visiting all the Historical places
in Madina i.e. Masjid-E-Quba,
Masjid-E-Qiblatain, Saba-Masajid,
and Jabal-E-Uhud. |

DAY 15 |
|
|
After Zohar, we shall
leave for Jeddah International
Airport to board our flight to India
and arrive next day. Tour Concludes. |

Booking Policy - |
|
|
|
|
• |
50% advance of the
total amount at the time of the
booking of your Umrah tour. |
|
• |
Balance amount should
be paid 21 days before departure or
the booking will be cancelled
without any prior information. |

• |
Cheque or Demand
Draft should be in the name of
"LUNAR ENTERPRISES". |
|
• |
In the case of
booking through any of our
representatives or your Travel
Agent, the tour cost remains the
same as applicable. Please pay
through Demand Draft or Cheque only.
Always keep us informed at our New
Delhi office about all dealings with
the agent regarding your package
details, the amount paid and other
details. |

Cancellation Policy - |
|
|
|
|
The following cancellation charges
would apply per person if booking is
cancelled
- |

A minimum of Rs.
10,000/- per person is
non refundable
in any case. |
|
• |
50% of the tour cost if cancelled
between 15 to 30 days before
departure. |
|
• |
No
refund will be applicable
if cancelled within 15 days of
departure. |
|
• |
If you change the date between 15 to
30 days prior to the date of
departure, a penalty of Rs.
5000/-
will be applicable
per person.

Very Important Conditions - |
|

Single Gent must be
above 40 years of age. |
|
• |
Males below 40 years
should be accompanied by a mehram. |
|

Male Child below 17
years should be accompanied with a
male mehram. |

Child above 17 years
should be accompanied by a female
mehram. |

• |
Ladies cannot travel
alone without a mehram. |

• |
Family relationship
with mehram must be proved by any
original legal document. |

Indian by Origin but is holding a
Foreign Passport must provide his OCI
(Overseas Citizenship of India) or
