Business Visit Visa

Passport in original and validity not less than 6 months.

two white background photographs.

Electronic invitation letter from sponsor duly attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce, Saudi Arabia, specifying duration of stay in Kingdom and entry types (single/multiple).

●

Copy of sponsor company registration certificate.

●

Covering letter by applicant on company letter head stating the purpose of visit and commercial activity of the company and must be signed by director or equivalent.

●

Visa recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce in favour of applicant.

Residence Visa (Family Visit)

●

Passport in original and validity not less than 6 months.

●

Two white background photographs.

●

Electronic visa.

●

Proof of relationship with sponsor (marriage certificate/birth certificate) duly translated in Arabic and attested by local authority, Ministry of External Affairs, Embassy of Saudi Arabia.

●

Passport copy of sponsor (first and last page), spouse name must be endorsed on the passport.

●

Copy of sponsor (iqama) residence permit.

●

For children polio certificate (under the age of 12 years) required.

Working Visit Visa (Temporary Work Visa)

●

Passport in original and validity not less than 6 months.

●

Two white background photographs.

●

A covering letter from current employer stating the purpose of visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

●

Visa recommendation letter by Indian Chamber of Commerce.

●

Copy of all educational certificates.

Transit Visa

●

Passport in original and validity not less than 6 months.

●

Two white background photographs.

●

A copy of confirmed air ticket India to final destination country via Saudi Arabia.

●

A letter from the the Embassy for nonindians.
